Participants
The winter school is open to PhD students and postdocs from Switzerland and abroad, working in the research and development of materials with novel electronic properties. The number of places is limited. Registrations will be accepted in the order received, with priority given to people attending the school for the first time.
Registration fee
The registration fee is CHF 825. This fee covers accommodation and full board, from the dinner on Sunday evening to the lunch on Friday, coffee breaks, a special dinner and school charges. The ski pass is not included. Members of the MaNEP Switzerland Network benefit from a discount of CHF 200. PhD students from the UniGE get financial support from the doctoral program of their institution.
Deadlines
The deadline for registration is Tuesday, October 15, 2024. An email of confirmation will be sent after your registration. Passed the deadline, you will be notified by email whether your registration is accepted or not.
The registration will be effective only after the payment of the registration fee by bank transfer by Friday, November 15, 2024.
After Saturday, November 30, 2024, any cancellation fee charged by the hotel will be deducted from the reimbursement.
